Afternoon Caregivers Needed for 3pm
Job Summary:
At SYNERGY HomeCare of Colorado Springs, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate afternoon and night-shift caregivers to join our team. As an afternoon or night-shift caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients, while also enjoying a competitive hourly rate and a flexible part-time schedule.
Responsibilities:
• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including ADLs, companionship, and social engagement
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in caregiving or a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
• Competitive hourly rate of $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
