Transportation Driver

NWA Media is seeking a Transportation Driver. This full-time, safety-sensitive position will provide bulk pickup and delivery of products using a company-owned box truck. The position will also assist with route delivery auditing and delivery of open independent contractor routes, as well as light building maintenance. This position works weekends and has a varied schedule that will include some overnight hours.

Responsibilities:

• Bulk pickup and delivery of product via box truck/pickup
• Monitor Free Publication delivery to ensure delivery/placement and maximize product pickup.
• Product delivery when necessary.
• Performs light building maintenance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Transportation/ distribution/delivery experience.
• Driving records must meet company policy.
• Obtain a DOT medical card at the employer’s expense—required for driving box trucks.
• A CDL is not required for this position.

$18-$20 per hour, depending on experience. Mileage reimbursement is provided for personal vehicle use. This is a safety-sensitive position. Candidate must pass drug screening and background checks. Candidates must be able to work weekends and some early morning/overnight shifts when needed.
