About the Role:

As a PCA, you will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to our residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance. Your attention to detail and compassionate nature will help our residents feel safe, comfortable, and respected.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance

• Respond to resident calls and needs in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless care and support

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience (training provided)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Possess a positive and caring attitude

• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
