Varco Home Health & Hospice is looking for an outgoing, motivated, and tech-savvy Recruiting Coordinator to join our Houston team!

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, human resources, and healthcare administration.

No recruiting experience? No problem! We're looking for someone with a great personality, strong people skills, confidence using computers, and the ability to learn quickly. We'll teach you the recruiting side!

What You'll Be Doing

• Connect with potential candidates through phone calls, texts, and emails.

• Help find and identify great candidates for our healthcare team.

• Review applications and coordinate interviews.

• Build relationships with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the hiring process.

• Work with recruiting software, online job boards, and applicant tracking systems.

• Keep candidate information organized and up to date.

• Work closely with our HR team to help meet hiring goals.

• No previous recruiting or HR experience required!
