Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing

Leading enterprise-level procurement initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing will design and execute sourcing strategies, manage high-value supplier relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, focusing on optimizing supply chains and delivering sustainable cost savings. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing projects, including spend analysis, supplier selection, and contract negotiation Develop comprehensive category strategies that align with business objectives and incorporate risk mitigation and sustainability goals Analyze spend data and market intelligence to identify cost reduction initiatives and drive enterprise value Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field 7-10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management, preferably in facility services Demonstrated leadership in managing high-performing teams and influencing senior stakeholders Proven track record of leading enterprise-level negotiations and delivering significant cost savings Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in spend analysis and market research
