Senior Director, Business Assessment — I&I Lead

Senior Director leading Pfizer's Business Assessment function for the Immunology & Inflammation portfolio. Owns revenue forecasting and investment-case development for pipeline and business development candidates, managing a team of three and reporting to the Business Assessment Lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of three, establish forecasting standards, and review output for executive decision forums
• Build and maintain analytically rigorous patient-based revenue forecasts for I&I pipeline and BD candidates across all development stages
• Partner with Clinical, Commercial, Finance, and Portfolio functions to validate assumptions and ground forecasts in business reality
• Maintain forecasting consistency across I&I portfolio to ensure comparability of business cases
• Advance team forecasting methods by adopting AI-enabled tools and modern analytical approaches

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required; MBA or life sciences advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years pharmaceutical industry or life sciences consulting/healthcare financial services experience
• Demonstrated expertise in patient-based revenue forecasting end-to-end
• Experience building and leading analytical teams at Director and Senior Manager levels
• Track record influencing commercial and research leaders without direct authority
• Business development experience across deal lifecycle including acquisitions, partnerships, and co-development
• Ability to deliver rigorous analysis on compressed timelines with incomplete information

Compensation: $230,900–$384,800 base salary, plus 25% bonus target and long-term incentive eligibility
