Job Description

We are partnering with a healthcare clinic seeking a  Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)to support patient care and clinical operations. This role includes direct patient care, clinical support, and collaboration with providers to ensure high-quality outcomes. Submit your resume to explore this opportunity!

Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical histories, and medication lists. 
• Assist physicians with examinations, minor office procedures, and patient treatments. 
• Administer injections, medications, and immunizations as directed. 
• Perform catheter care, bladder scans, specimen collection, and other clinical procedures within LVN scope of practice. 
• Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, and pre/post-procedure instructions. 
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR). 
• Coordinate prescription refills, referrals, and follow-up appointments. 
• Maintain exam rooms, clinical supplies, and infection control standards

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current Texas LVN license in good standing. 
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience preferred. 
• Urology experience is a plus, but not required. 
• Current BLS certification. 
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $17-$19/hr. not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
