Medical Aesthetician

Description Are you a passionate Licensed Aesthetician with a commitment to cutting-edge skincare and patient-centered treatment? We are seeking an experienced aesthetic professional (+3 years) to join our dynamic medical spa team. We offer a collaborative environment where advanced technology meets personalized patient care, providing an opportunity to leverage your expertise in laser treatments, skincare procedures, and client consultation. Job Summary: Responsible for providing elective care for cosmetic complaints that can be reasonably treated with non-invasive medical grade procedures. Duties include taking medical histories, performing examinations, developing a treatment plan within scope of practice for cosmetic patients, establishing a client base and treatment administration. Must be willing to work Thursday-Saturday, and every other Sunday. Education & Experience: Graduate of accredited Aesthetician program Experience working in a medical office or med spa preferred Experience administering microdermabrasion, laser hair removal, laser skin resurfacing, chemical peels, and facials preferred Experience advising and using skincare products including Revision®, Obagi®, SkinMedica, etc. Experience operating Ulthera®, Coolsculpting, Sciton® and Candela machines (minimum 3 years) Essential Skills & Abilities: Must be willing to work weekends Excellent knowledge of skin care and treatment Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work as a team member Well-organized with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Treats patients and co-workers with respect Empathetic with patient needs and concerns Benefits Variety of health plans to choose from, with elections for dental and vision.
