Amazon Global Specialty Recruiting’s Executive Recruiting team is looking for a Research Recruiter to help the business scale by identifying and recruiting top talent for executive level positions. This high‑visibility role offers a significant opportunity to drive impact at the most senior levels within the organization. Key Responsibilities Drive search strategy and execution for executive level roles across the organization. Conduct extensive market research, competitive intelligence, and talent mapping to find and engage top talent across business lines and functions. Generate comprehensive search insights, including market mapping, candidate profiles, and robust search strategies. Calibrate candidates with hiring managers and engage & build relationships with executive level candidates, performing initial assessments. Contribute to the knowledge base of the executive recruiting team by providing education on industries and talent pools/profile. Build talent networks in specific functions/industries and tap industry sources to develop an initial pool of candidates. Participate in client update meetings on active searches and prepare reports. Shadow on‑site interviews and debriefs. Provide strategic guidance and advice in a true partnership with executive leadership. Desired Traits Inquisitive and eager to learn. Professional Experience 3+ years of passive candidate generation and experience advising executive leadership. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 5+ years of research experience at a market insights firm and/or executive search firm.
