Production Line Specialist

The Production Line Specialist is responsible for food manufacturing and processing in an assembly line. Job duties include:

• Operating the station on a food production line and producing food products within specifications as required on the daily schedule
• Producing food products within the specified quality requirements
• Following and promoting food safety and practicing and enforcing all GMPs and appropriate food defense techniques
• Monitoring products as they are produced to ensure high quality and that product meets all specifications
• Performing duties in a safe manner and complying with all regulations and company policies
• Cleaning and sanitizing the production area in the facility
• Informing supervisor and/or manager of any equipment malfunctions or other production issues as they arise
• Being flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays upon occasion
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications include:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year or less of applicable job experience
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Knowledge of manufacturing procedures and operations preferred
• Experience and desire to support a culture built on collaboration, sharing of ideas, and celebration of successes as well as drive for positive outcomes with cross-functional teams

Shifts: 7am-3:30pm currently working mandatory OT with a start time of 5am
