VETS Junk Removal & Dumpster Rentals is a veteran-owned, veteran-operated junk removal company serving communities across Orlando. We run scheduled routes and on-call pickups, hoarder clear-outs, and dumpster rentals. Our mission is putting veterans back to work while providing exceptional junk removal service to our communities.

THE JOB
You'll lead a crew of 2 to 4 on a daily route. This is a working leadership role. You are on a truck every day, lifting, loading, and hauling right alongside your crew. Some days you'll run a pickup or a full route solo. If you're looking to lead from an office, this isn't it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run the route: plan the day, keep the crew on schedule, communicate clearly with the office and with property staff
- Set the standard and hold it: punctuality, uniforms, safe driving, quality of work, professionalism on property
- Keep the paperwork tight: Slack check-ins and end-of-day reports, CompanyCam before-and-after photos on every job
- Train new hires and document performance, including write-ups and reviews when needed
- Track PPE and basic supplies, and keep an eye on vehicle and equipment maintenance
- Build a crew people want to be on

WHAT WE EXPECT

- You're physically able to do this work all day in Florida heat: lift 75+ lbs repeatedly, load trucks and trailers, walk properties
- You show up on time, every time, and expect the same from your crew

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (you'll be a rated driver on our commercial policy)
- Able to pass a background check
- Experience towing a trailer or driving a box truck is a strong plus
- DOT medical card is a plus
- Prior lead, supervisor, or military leadership experience is a plus

PAY AND SCHEDULE
- $22–$25/hr based on experience
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, occasional Saturdays
- 30-day paid introductory period, then a performance review and rate confirmation
