What You’ll Do

• Create memorable guest experiences through warm and genuine hospitality
• Welcome each guest with professionalism and personalized attention
• Anticipate guest needs and recognize individual preferences
• Build connections through pleasant and engaging conversation
• Learn our menus and confidently explain dishes, wines, cocktails, and daily specials
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, coffee, and nonalcoholic beverages
• Communicate allergies and dietary needs carefully to the culinary team
• Check every order for accuracy, quality, and presentation
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Recommend menu items that enhance the guest experience
• Maintain clean, polished, and properly set tables
• Complete restaurant and bar opening, closing, and side work
• Keep all service and bar areas clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready
• Support your teammates and contribute to a positive work environment

• Must meet all legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages

Experience

Previous luxury resort, fine-dining, restaurant, or bartending experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated candidates who have the right personality, professionalism, and passion for hospitality.

Scheduling Requirements

Due to the nature of luxury hospitality, team members must be flexible and available to work varying schedules based on resort and guest needs. This may include mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime. Attendance at scheduled team meetings and training sessions may also be required.

Compensation

• $17 per hour
• 18% on all alcohol sales
• Team members may keep any additional tips earned during service
