Job Overview This role supports a cluster of financial centers in designated markets, serving as a market-level resource in the absence of the assigned Financial Center Manager. The incumbent serves as a business owner, fosters a team environment, promotes a client‑centric and risk‑aware culture, and drives operational excellence to ensure effective and cohesive daily operations. Responsibilities Operate as a backup financial center leader within the market. Manage client traffic, engage and route clients, fostering retention. Manage business results through formalized management routines and coaching. Create a world‑class client‑experience environment. Drive market‑level initiatives prescribed by market leaders. Required Qualifications 1+ year(s) of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training and/or motivating a diverse work team. Ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority. Proven customer service skills and ability to resolve problems independently or with escalation. Strong financial and business acumen, including experience in leading managers and interpreting financial reports to drive profitability. Record of balancing risk and making sound decisions while achieving business goals. Strong interpersonal skills, able to engage others, build relationships and provide personalized service. Organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize and delegate while delivering results. Strong communication skills (verbal, non‑verbal, written, presentation) and active listening. Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs (e.g., Microsoft Office). Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours as required. Must be able to travel to any financial center within the defined market. Desired Qualifications 1+ year(s) of management experience including hiring, coaching and developing direct reports. Experience in consumer banking/financial services, mortgage, retail or hospitality. Bachelor’s degree in related field. Bilingual (fluent verbal and written).
