Responsibilities Serve as an ambassador for Panera Warmth, greeting guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas; assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency. Support the team’s daily operations, including food safety, cleaning, stocking, and shift setup. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food‑safety standards and cleaning protocols. Adapt to daily priorities and changes with a positive attitude, assisting where needed across production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive‑thru, barista, guest experience champion, QC and other areas. Qualifications Minimum age requirement 16+, able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand extended periods. Clear communication, quick understanding of directions in a loud environment. Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic food safety understanding and practice training; Food Handler’s Card if required by law.
