Working in an outpatient clinic setting. Two CRNAs head the program. The clinic looks for alternatives to narcotics as the goal. Established patient panel. 12 - 18 patients per day. Follow ups, new patients, and prescription renewals. Possibly in office injections. Typically 20 minutes for follow ups and 45 minutes for new patients but will work with NP on their timeframe/thoughts. RNs in the clinic. Physician available for support Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30. No call. CernA EMR Clinical Digital Assist AI and Dragon Medical One. Compensation and benefits Salary of $100,000 - $122,000. Productivity bonus - $5,000 - $25,000 depending on production. $12,000 per year in private loan repayment. Comprehensive benefits and retirement plan. 5 CME days. $3,000 CME stipend. $2,500 for dues and subscriptions. Relocation assistance. 90 day free housing if needed.
