Role: Robotics Simulation Engineer Location: MARYSVILLE, OH Description: BIW Robotics simulation, Automotive, Delmia V5, 3DX, Siemens Process simulate, Robotic Cell preparation, spot distribution, Kinematics, Tool/Gun validation, OLP, 1.Experience on Robotic simulation in Automotive BIW manufacturing process. 2.Experience in:

- Experience on manufacturing processes like spot welding, MIG welding, riveting, Adhesive & Sealing, Stud welding, material handling.
- Experience on Arc welding, hemming, clinching, laser welding, screwing will be an added advantage.
- Experience on identifying tools/equipment/mockups preparations for above manufacturing processes.
- Experience on Fixture, tool & Gun Kinematics.
- Experience on Tool validation, weld spot distribution, work cell preparation, weld gun finalization, robot path preparation.
- Hands-on experience with Fanuc, Motoman, KUKA & ABB robots and other robots will be an added advantage.
- Experience on layout optimization.
- Must have good communication skills & team player. Should be flexible and able to manage complexity.
- Awareness on RCS, OLP, documentation, cycle time analysis & optimization will be an added advantage.
- SOFTWARE'S: Process Simulate, Delmia V5(MUST) , 3DX, MS OFFICE (MUST)
