Team Red Dog is hiring a Senior Business Operations & Analytics Program Manager for our client, a Fortune 50 technology leader and AI-driven technology organization. This role will support business operations for a large-scale hardware organization building advanced CPU and GPU systems that power AI workloads, leading executive reporting, organizational planning, headcount analytics, and key rhythm-of-business processes. You'll combine advanced Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, program management, and data analysis skills to turn complex operational information into clear insights for leadership while improving processes through AI and automation. This is an opportunity to work within a small, high-impact business operations team supporting an organization of approximately 5,000 people and helping leaders make better, faster decisions.

 

Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

1. Advanced Excel expertise – 8–10 years of experience using Excel for complex operational analysis, data modeling, headcount projections, trend analysis, and executive-level reporting.
2. Power BI and data visualization – 8–10 years of experience developing and maintaining dashboards, analyzing organizational data, and translating complex information into actionable business insights.
3. PowerPoint and executive communications – 8–10 years of experience creating polished presentations that synthesize key results, trends, risks, and operational updates for senior leadership.
4. Business operations and program management – Strong experience managing rhythm-of-business processes, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, driving deadlines, and independently executing programs in complex organizations.

 

Opportunity Overview:

Join a small, high-impact Business Operations team supporting a roughly 5,000-person hardware organization developing advanced CPU and GPU systems that serve AI workloads. This role offers broad exposure to organizational planning, executive reporting, analytics, and program management while providing the opportunity to use Microsoft Copilot and other AI and automation tools to improve how business operations work at scale. You'll have meaningful ownership of recurring leadership processes as well as the flexibility to tackle ad hoc analyses and operational challenges as priorities evolve.

How you will make an impact:

• Lead the monthly refresh of organizational key results (KRs), coordinating with team leads to ensure accurate, timely status updates.
• Synthesize KR progress, trends, risks, and key insights into executive-ready presentations for leadership review.
• Manage headcount trends and position control number (PCN) reporting, including dashboard updates, weekly management communications, and monthly executive reporting.
• Build and maintain Excel models for headcount projections using current workforce data and assumptions related to hiring, attrition, and organizational planning.
• Conduct ad hoc operational analyses to answer business questions and support leadership decision-making.
• Support and improve rhythm-of-business processes across reporting, planning, and organizational operations.
• Partner with stakeholders across a complex organization to gather information, clarify requirements, drive alignment, and meet recurring deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency through Microsoft Copilot, AI tools, automation, and improved reporting solutions.
• Provide flexible program management and business operations support as priorities and organizational needs evolve.

The expertise you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in business operations, program management, financial planning, analytics, or related work within a complex organization.
• Advanced Excel skills, including experience with analytical models, projections, large data sets, and operational reporting.
• Strong Power BI experience developing dashboards, visualizations, and actionable reporting.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to translate detailed operational information into concise, executive-ready presentations.
• Proven experience managing and improving rhythm-of-business processes, including leadership reviews, organizational planning, operational reporting, or financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated success working with stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in an ambiguous and changing environment.
• Experience using AI or automation tools to improve business processes is strongly preferred.
• Experience working within a technology or engineering organization is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot or other AI tools, GitHub, and/or Azure DevOps is preferred.

Job Type and Estimated Duration: W2 contract opportunity through March 31, 2027, with the potential to extend up to 18 months total, subject to performance, budget, and client discretion.

Rate: $71–$76/hour
