As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in providing excellent customer service while helping the office run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients and providing a friendly, welcoming experience
• Answering phones and responding to patient questions
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Checking patients in and out
• Verifying insurance information and assisting with basic billing questions
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Collecting payments and processing transactions
• Communicating with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and office policies
• Coordinating with dental assistants, hygienists, and doctors to ensure a smooth patient flow
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional front desk
