Support and troubleshoot existing PowerBuilder and .NET components. Assist in designing and developing new enterprise-level .NET solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software meets business needs. Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards. Work with a Sybase back-end, with plans for future migration to SQL Server. Support potential cloud migration efforts, leveraging Azure where applicable. Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders. Requirements: Experience with .NET (C#) and Microsoft technologies at an enterprise level. Strong database experience, particularly with Sybase and SQL Server. Familiarity with modern software development methodologies and best practices. Experience in the Healthcare industry is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
