We at TRUSMILE NOW have an amazing opportunity and are LOOKING for a EXPERIENCED TREATMENT PLAN COORDINATOR to join our team.

Full-time, minimum 35-40 hours, dental receptionist wanted to join our upbeat, professional office. 

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 Based on Experience

We require at least 1 year of experience in a dental office.

Applicants must be team players, enthusiastic and professional.
Our practice believes in quality dentistry where patients come first.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive at the office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Update and schedule both hygiene and doctor appointments (1-2 years Dentrix experience required!)
• Keep and update patient records
• Gathering all Insurance Breakdown
• Presenting treatment plan and go over financial arrangement
• Knowledge of third party financing companies

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
• Hands-on experience with office equipment 
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude
