Job Duties

• Assist in feeding raw material bags into production lines.
• Pack finished goods into boxes or cartons.
• Apply labels to products or cases.
• Quality control of finished product and raw material.
• Monitor and maintain an adequate supply of raw material at the feeding line.
• Count scrap and record scrap on appropriate paperwork.
• Cleaning areas assigned.
• Rework of product.
• During downtime, be productive and self-motivating.
• Assist tin monitoringproduction equipment.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor and/or management.

What You Will Do


As a Production Packer you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The Production Packer supports manufacturing operations by performing production tasks that help create quality finished products. This role requires attention to detail, strong work habits, and the ability to work effectively as part of a production team.


A successful Production Packer understands production procedures, quality expectations, and workplace safety while maintaining productivity throughout daily operations. Dependable performance contributes directly to manufacturing success.
