Home Time: Home weekly | Pay: $1,400 to $1,550 per week
Freight: General and refrigerated freight | Location: St. Louis, MO 63101

• Regional freight with regular weekly mileage

• 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week

• Home weekly route planning

• Kenworth T680 trucks, 4 years or newer

Regional freight flow and route stability provide CDL-A drivers with 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week, consistent home time planning, and weekly pay of $1,400 to $1,550.

Compensation and Earnings

Pay ranges from $1,400 to $1,550 per week based on experience and miles. Safety performance and productivity are recognized through quarterly raises. Guaranteed minimum pay begins after 30 days to help maintain income when freight conditions are slower. Drivers also receive $100 per day during orientation with travel expenses covered.

Your Freight and Routes

This position moves both general and refrigerated freight across established regional routes. Drivers run 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week, with load planning organized around freight availability and weekly home time. Route coordination helps connect each week's freight assignments with mileage expectations and scheduled time at home.

• Dispatch provides load timing, trip information, and route details

• Scheduling support is available as freight plans change during the week

Equipment and Technology

Drivers operate late-model Kenworth T680s that are 4 years old or newer. Trucks feature automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, voice navigation, and in-cab 5th wheel release.

• Home weekly scheduling is planned around freight requirements and route timing

Driver Support Specialists provide assistance with route planning, equipment concerns, load-related questions, and operational needs that arise while drivers are completing assigned freight.

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL-A license

• Current medical card

• Minimum 6 months of tractor-trailer experience within the last year

Benefits Package

The benefits package includes health coverage, life insurance, and paid vacation time. Passengers age 10 and older are permitted to ride with drivers on the road.
