To support the North America Partners division, the full-time salaried VP of Partner Product Solutions will manage partner-specific product setups, oversee the design of customer journeys, and coordinate implementation efforts while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own demo readiness for strategic partner conversations and create partner-facing materials that accurately reflect product capabilities Translate partner requirements into product specifications and lead design for partner-specific customer journeys Coordinate with cross-functional teams on implementation needs and ensure a smooth transition from business development to onboarding and launch Required qualifications Minimum bachelor's degree 7+ years of experience in product management, partner solutions, or product strategy, preferably in fintech or B2B financial services Strong ability to convert partner requests into clear product requirements and workflows Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, and Operations Familiarity with credit products and partner-specific product configurations is highly valuable
