Job Summary: We are currently seeking skilled and entry-level welders to join our growing team. Candidates with experience in MIG, TIG, and/or Flux-Core welding are encouraged to apply. Multiple shifts are available, and we are actively building our talent pipeline for upcoming projects and long-term opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Flux-Core welding on a variety of materials
- Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect welds for quality and accuracy
- Grind, clean, and finish welded products as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and production standards
Qualifications:
- Previous welding experience preferred but not required for some positions
- Experience with MIG, TIG, Flux-Core, or Stick welding
- Ability to read tape measures and blueprints is a plus
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to stand, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Skills:
- Structural or fabrication experience
- AWS certifications are a plus
- Forklift or overhead crane experience preferred
- Manufacturing or production background
