Pay range - $24-$28 an hour-DOE
NO per diem this is not a travel position.
Local work within Oregon. Office based in Prineville Oregon.

Position Available: Civil Construction Laborer

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Laborers to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in excavation and civil construction. No previous construction experience is requiredjust a strong work ethic willingness to learn and the ability to work safely as part of a team.

As a Civil Construction Laborer you will assist equipment operators and crews on a variety of residential and commercial excavation projects throughout Central Oregon.

Responsibilities:
Assist crews with excavation trenching grading and site preparation
Load and unload tools materials and equipment
Perform general cleanup and maintain safe organized job sites
Assist with underground utility installation and pipe work
Use hand tools and small power tools safely and effectively
Follow directions from supervisors and experienced crew members
Help identify and maintain safe working conditions
Work outdoors in various weather and terrain conditions

Requirements:
No prior experience required willing to train the right candidate
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to perform physically demanding labor and lift heavy materials
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Willingness to learn excavation and construction skills
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Valid drivers un-restricted license required
