RV Park Manager

Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers is seeking a dedicated and experienced RV Park Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our RV park. This is a hands‑on position that requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests. What You’ll Be Doing: Manage all daily operations of the RV park, including guest check‑ins/check‑outs, reservations, and billing Supervise and schedule park staff (maintenance, groundskeeping, housekeeping) Ensure the property is well‑maintained and compliant with all safety and regulatory standards Provide exceptional customer service, resolve guest concerns, and create a positive guest experience Maintain accurate records of occupancy, payments, and maintenance logs Market the RV park through local outreach, online platforms, and promotional events What We’re Looking For: Previous experience managing an RV park, campground, or hospitality property preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to work weekends, holidays, and be on‑call as needed Must have a valid driver’s license What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience On‑site housing option (if applicable) Paid time off and holiday pay Health, dental, and vision insurance options If you are a motivated leader who enjoys solving problems and creating a memorable experience for guests, we want to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr ronhoover
