We are currently looking for a Pool Monitor to join our on‑site community team to help support a positive experience for our residents. Responsibilities Keep residents safe and happy by monitoring the pool and sundeck areas. Maintain a professional appearance as a company representative, demonstrating sound judgment and conduct. Monitor activities and enforce rules in the swimming and sundeck areas to prevent accidents and provide a safe environment to residents. Report any broken equipment. Check resident identification to ensure they live at our community. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager. Requirements Able to work independently. Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, tolerating temperatures above 90°F. Able to communicate effectively and professionally with residents and co‑workers. Have basic computer skills and comfort learning software, apps, and programs. Have reliable transportation.
