You'll spend your first six weeks in the field with our team, learning how Goettl does it before you take the reins. After that, you own the standard. MQ inspections, ride‑alongs, real‑time coaching, callback elimination — this is a role for someone who's done the work for years and is ready to make the whole market better. WHY GOETTL Hourly rate + commission opportunity Up to eight weeks of paid field training in Phoenix to learn The Goettl Way — then you own it Company vehicle + tools — fully equipped, no out‑of‑pocket expenses Real authority in the field — your inspections and coaching set the market standard 25% of our field leaders were promoted from within — this role is a launchpad Consistent, year‑round call volume — no slow season, no scrambling for work Weekly pay WHAT YOU'LL DO Conduct MQ inspections on completed installations — correct airflow, refrigerant levels, and workmanship issues on the spot Perform ride‑alongs and job site QC checks to evaluate technician performance against Goettl standards Coach and mentor installers and technicians in real time — direct feedback, immediate improvement Analyze callback and return‑visit trends; identify root causes and drive corrective action Serve as the technical authority on complex troubleshooting and high‑stakes job sites Partner with the Technical Supervisor to track quality KPIs and align training with field realities Assess technician competency as part of the hiring and onboarding process Run warranty calls and callbacks — solo and alongside the team — as business needs require WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Minimum 5 years of hands‑on HVAC field experience (6+ preferred) Deep technical knowledge — you can diagnose, repair, and coach simultaneously Proficiency with Measure Quick (MQ) inspections and field correction procedures Exceptional coaching and communication skills — field credibility is non‑negotiable Computer literate: MS Office, email, and field service tools; ServiceTitan a plus EPA Section 608 Certification — Type II or Universal required for HVAC track Clean driving record for the last two years + valid driver's license Able to pass background and drug screen upon offer Apply now.
