Value increases after two years of employment!Industry-leading continuing education through Evidence in Motion (EIM) including residency, fellowship, and board certification support.$1,500 CEU allowance and paid APTA membership dues to support your ongoing professional growth.Structured mentorship and career development.A care model designed to support quality outcomes and efficiency.Location differentials available for longer commutes.Responsibilities:Reviewing patients medical historyDiagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concernsDeveloping individualized treatment plans for patientsOutlining clear goals for patients and the expected outcomes of the planUsing exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients' pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injuryRecording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as neededEducating patients and family members about the recovery process associated with physical therapyQualifications:Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in GeorgiaCPR and first aid certification requiredCompensation: $80k - $100k/yr inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
