Compensation:

$112,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Show residential properties to potential buyers, ensuring a seamless and informative experience.
• Schedule and coordinate showing appointments, optimizing driving routes for efficiency.
• Preview properties to assess condition and layout, providing valuable insights to the lead agent.
• Attend open houses, capturing visitor information to enhance client engagement.
• Gather and communicate buyer feedback after each showing, supporting the lead agent's decision-making process.
• Assist with offer paperwork and transaction milestones, gaining hands-on experience in real estate transactions.
• Screen clients before meetings, ensuring safety and preparedness for property viewings.

Qualifications:

• Active real estate license, in good standing, is essential for this role.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary to meet clients promptly.

• Availability for evening and weekend showings to accommodate client schedules.

• Comfortable driving to various properties across the service area efficiently.

• Punctuality and professionalism are crucial as you represent another agent's client relationship.

• Clear communication skills to effectively relay property insights and buyer feedback.

• Willingness to learn the business through hands-on experience and active participation in showings and transactions.
