Responsibilities Live our purpose by following all company SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists manage and improve patient health. Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each pharmacy workstation (production, pick‑up, drive‑thru, drop‑off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment. Take ownership of inventory management activities and ensure the pharmacy team maintains the highest level of inventory standards. Monitor outcomes of inventory reporting and provide clear communication around the completion of inventory activities. Oversee pharmacy ordering and coach the pharmacy team to the highest standards of day‑to‑day inventory management practices. Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care, offering immunizations, and demonstrating compassionate care by solving or escalating patient problems. Support a high‑performing team, embrace a growth mindset, seek opportunities to expand clinical and technical knowledge, and maintain workflow and inventory management goals. Remain flexible for both scheduling and business needs, and be willing to travel to stores in the market when required. Understand and comply with all relevant federal, state, and local laws, regulations, professional standards, and ethical principles. Deliver additional patient health care services (e.g., immunizations, point‑of‑care testing) where allowable by law and supported by training and certification. Optional Immunization Support Complete additional licensure and training to obtain Technician Immunizer status. Educate patients on the importance of vaccines and refer them to the Pharmacist‑on‑duty for vaccination questions. Monitor for and respond to adverse reactions; report events per public health requirements. Review and collect patient information and track documentation for applicable patients. Required Qualifications 6+ months experience as a Pharmacy Technician. Compliance with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age, education, and licensure/certification. State‑level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state; programmatic details are available upon request. Essential Functions Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends. Ability to complete required training within the designated timeframe. Attention and focus: ability to concentrate on tasks, pivot quickly, and confirm prescription information for patient safety. Customer service and team orientation: act friendly, respond to patients, and assist colleagues. Communication skills: use verbal and written communication, active listening, and clear instructions. Mathematical reasoning: apply math to determine dosage, supply, and quantities. Problem resolution: identify challenging interactions and choose the best course of action. Physical demands: mobility, lifting, reaching, and precision tasks; lifting up to 20 lbs. as required. Any additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager. Preferred Qualifications National Certification. 1‑3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician. Experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting. Ability to work in the home store and across the market to meet business needs. Ability to work 30 hours or greater per week. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range Typical pay range: $19.77 – $19.77 per hour.
