ER Registered Nurse - Travel Assignment in Arlington, WA. Start date 07/20/2026 for 13 weeks. Shift is 3x12 Nights. Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in the ER, including initial triage, continuous assessment, monitoring, and disposition planning for a diverse patient population.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and fluids per physician orders and established protocols; perform basic procedures as trained and permitted.
- Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and the care team to maintain patient safety, accurate documentation, and efficient patient flow in a high-acuity setting.
- Monitor vital signs and neurologic status, document findings in the electronic health record, and escalate changes in condition promptly.
- Support rapid assessment and resuscitation efforts, including trauma activation when needed, and contribute to discharge planning and patient education.

Requirements
- Active WA State Registered Nurse license
- Certifications: ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC (American Heart Association)
- Ability to work 3x12 night shifts
- Ability to float between locations as needed
- Willingness to adhere to contract terms, including potential for up to 3 shift call-offs per contract
