We are supporting an established aviation leasing platform in the search for a Airframe Components, VP Sales to lead commercial growth and customer development across the Americas.

The Opportunity

• Senior commercial leadership role with ownership of regional sales growth

• Lead, coach and develop an established sales and business development team

• Strong exposure to customers across the aviation aftermarket and component sector

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen strategic customer relationships across the region

• Lead sales strategy, account development and new business activity

• Coach the commercial team, setting clear objectives and supporting individual development

• Identify market opportunities and strengthen customer retention and revenue growth

• Monitor sales performance and adapt commercial priorities accordingly

Requirements

• Significant experience in aviation aftermarket or airframe component sales

• Established industry relationships and a strong business development track record

• Proven sales leadership with demonstrable experience developing and mentoring teams

• Strong commercial, negotiation and customer-facing capabilities
