We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team and help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Inspect tire and wheel assemblies to verify they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Investigate defects, assist with root cause analysis, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Complete inspection reports, maintain accurate quality records, and manage defective parts inventory.
- Work closely with production, supervisors, and Quality Engineers to resolve quality issues.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ year of Quality Control or Quality Technician experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred).
- Forklift certification required; WMS/ERP and Excel experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
- Able to stand for 8-hour shifts, lift up to 50 lbs., and work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
