We are looking for part-time team members to work between 5am-8pm. Must be 18 years old to apply. Upward potential is very possible in the next 6-12 months!

About the job
You’ll run the floor when the store manager isn’t there. That means leading the team through rushes, opening or closing the store, handling cash, and making sure every customer leaves happy. You’ll still make drinks and work the window alongside your team.

What you’ll do
Run shifts: assign positions, set breaks, and keep the team on pace
Open and close the store, including cash counts and deposits
Step in during rushes wherever the line needs help
Train new baristas on recipes, the register, and store standards
Handle customer concerns and fix problems on the spot
Help with inventory counts and receiving deliveries
Make sure the store is clean, stocked, and ready for the next shift
Keep your manager in the loop on anything that comes up

What we’re looking for
6+ months of experience in coffee, food service, or retail
Leadership experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person
Calm under pressure and comfortable giving direction
Dependable: your team counts on you to show up
Able to stand for your full shift and lift up to 25 lbs
Reliable transportation
