Omaha, NE, US 8 days ago Requisition ID: 1081 Job Title: Commercial Agent Pay: Commission Based Schedule: Varies Report to: Commercial Sales Director Scope of Work Prospecting and lead generation through in person meetings, phone calls, online, and open houses Showing properties and working with tenants, owners and buyers Marketing properties and working with tenants, owners and sellers Working closely with tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers to lead the sales transaction Negotiating contracts and handling client issues Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience Follow-up with leads to increase sales Ideal Candidate Has an active real estate license or in the process of getting . Knowledgeable about investing in real estate Has a desire to work independently and have control over your professional growth Must have excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and a customer service spirit. Ability to maintain confidentiality, sensitivity and professionalism. Above average written and oral communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills. Proficient problem solving and analytical skills. Self-disciplined and motivated to achieve. You make continuous learning a priority.
