Job Title

Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Schedule Varies)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical acute care setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure positive patient outcomes
• Adhere to facility holiday requirements: must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required
• Minimum recent experience within Medical/Surgical specialty required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an acute care hospital environment
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
