We are looking for a Kindergarten English Teacher for a kindergarten in Beijing's Chaoyang district. Job detailsTogether with teaching assistants, support the children in their learning‐journey from Monday to Friday. During this time, you will:Teach daily class activities to kindergarten students aged 3-6 as assigned by the school, creating an English learning environmentLesson planning, daily classroom management and classroom activities organizationUtilize games, music, books, art, technology and other resources to teach basic skills and foster children developmentCollaborate with other teachers, instructors, and staff members to create an optimal learning care environment, and an appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learning.Help children meet educational milestones through personalized instruction and assess each child’s performance and progress on regular basisQualificationsBachelor degree or aboveExcellent English communication skillsMore than 2 years experience in ESL early childhood educationHold a TEFL/TESOL/ELL CertificationMontessori Certification preferred Salary and benefitsMonthly salary of 26,000 to 28,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualificationsMonthly housing allowance of 5,000 to 6,000 RMBCommercial Insurance4 weeks paid holidays Chinese public holidaysFree lunchVisa and Immigration full supportAnnual reimbursement for one round-trip economy class airfare to your home country up to 5,000 RMB after 2 years of employmentFor extra-curricular classes, the employee shall earn additional compensation on a per-class basis dictated by the ECA pay scaleProfessional development sessions and the option of taking part in our EMTTA Montessori certification program
