Quality Receiving Inspector

Job TitlePRINCIPLE AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY: In-Process Inspection, Receiving InspectionHOURS OF WORK: Monday - Friday, 11am-7pmESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Receiving to the AQL 6.5 Sampling Plan.Receiving inspection for outside vendors; dimensional checks, reviewing vendor documents to ensure accurate information, such as Bill of Ladings, steel certs, process certsInspection data entry into Infinity QS.Perform Roaming Inspection on Production FloorSupport lab requirements on an as needed basisBlueprint reading and interpretation of basic GD & T symbolsMaintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and proceduresMaintain and clean equipment before and after each shiftREQUIREMENTS:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levelsOvertime support as needed in all areas of the departmentMust be able to lift to 50lbs.Strong attention to detailed paperwork/routersMust be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and follow instructionsMust be able to effectively prioritize work and multitask as neededMust have a reliable attendance history and good work performance historyAbility to maintain a high energy level
