Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following: Early Childhood Education (ECE), Elementary Education, or a bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 30 credits in child-related credits. Active and current enrollment in an accredited program may be considered when combined with experience Experience working with young children; school setting and/or childcare facility Willingness to work flexibility hours based on the needs of the school and program Ability to meet VA licensing standards and pass a background check Ability to cultivate a safe and stimulating classroom environment Compensation... The hourly rate for this position is between $15.00 - $18.00 per hour. The pay range listed is what we in good faith anticipate offering for this job position. Actual compensation within this range will be determined by several factors, including a candidate's experience, education and training, certifications, geographic location and other relevant organization and business factors. What You'll Do...
