Associate General Counsel, Nonprofit Governance (Washington)

NAACP is seeking an Associate General Counsel, Corporate Governance to join its Legal Department in Baltimore, MD or Washington, D.C. This role focuses on governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance for a leading nonprofit organization.

The ideal candidate will have a JD, bar admission in DC or MD, and at least seven years of corporate transactional experience in nonprofit or large organizational settings, with strong negotiation and writing skills.
