Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy or physical therapy assistant services to patients in accordance with individualized care plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically appropriate
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to all facility policies, including identification and badging requirements at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Washington State license as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Current state or federally issued photo identification required for facility access
• Ability to fulfill a 36-hour weekly guarantee across a Monday through Friday schedule
• Compliance with all facility credentialing and registry personnel requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
• Familiarity with documentation systems commonly used in outpatient or post-acute care environments
