Role Description The Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role responsible for supporting the safe and efficient movement, storage, and distribution of bulk liquid products within terminal operations. Daily responsibilities include coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining accurate logistics documentation, monitoring inventory levels, communicating with customers, carriers, and internal teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company procedures. The Logistics Coordinator works closely with operations, planning, and customer service teams to optimize supply chain performance, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely product deliveries while maintaining Vopak's high standards of operational excellence. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills , including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to coordinate effectively with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders. Candidates should possess strong Organizational and Time Management skills , with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and meet operational deadlines. Candidates should possess Logistics and Supply Chain knowledge , including shipment coordination, inventory management, transportation processes, and documentation. Candidates should possess Problem-Solving and Analytical skills to identify operational challenges, resolve logistics issues, and support continuous process improvements. Experience with logistics operations, terminal operations, warehouse management, or supply chain coordination is preferred. Familiarity with ERP systems, Microsoft Office applications, and logistics management software is beneficial. Knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance within industrial or logistics environments is an advantage. High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
