Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Ohio

Start Date: November 16, 2026

Location: Washington Court House, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), 36 hours per week, every other weekend, no call requirements, no holiday coverage

Highlights:

• Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5, flexed to 1:6 as needed
• Care for patients ranging from therapy level of care to Progressive Care Unit (PCU) acuity
• EPIC EMR and Pyxis medication management system utilized; training provided
• No call requirements and no mandatory holiday shifts
• Collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment focused on quality patient outcomes
• Comprehensive patient care including assessment, treatment, education, and discharge planning

Requirements:

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 3+ years of nursing experience required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• HARP/CPI certification preferred; training available
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Experience providing patient-centered care in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
• Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility
