Exciting Opportunity for a Fast Food Restaurant Manager! The Phoenix Organization proudly operates Denny's, Taco Bell, and Burger King restaurants and is seeking dedicated managers for our restaurants. We are urgently hiring for several positions across our fast food restaurants. Key Responsibilities: Oversee restaurant operations and lead a team of staff Ensure the delivery of high-quality products in a safe and clean environment Maintain financial controls and manage daily operations effectively Develop and manage employee schedules Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff performance Implement proper food handling, equipment upkeep, and facility maintenance Foster a fun and family-oriented atmosphere within the restaurant Opportunities available for various management levels including shift managers, assistant managers, and general managers Desired Qualifications: Proven experience in fast food restaurant management Strong coaching, training, customer service, organizational, and planning skills A track record of achieving sales and profit goals A college degree or equivalent experience in operations with at least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry; or a suitable combination of education and experience Benefits: Competitive salary Full-time position with benefits and 401K Opportunities for career advancement within our restaurant group #J-18808-Ljbffr Broughton Group
