Grounds Maintenance Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $15.50 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm )
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the apartment community grounds.
- Pick up trash, leaves, branches, and other debris from grounds and common areas throughout the property, including parking lots, walkways, stairways, common areas, and landscaped areas.
- Perform basic landscaping duties such as trimming, edging, weeding, watering, and pruning.
- Assist with maintaining flower beds, shrubs, and other outdoor areas.
- Clean and maintain community amenities, including playgrounds, picnic areas, pools, and dog parks as assigned.
- Report safety hazards, property damage, and maintenance concerns to management.
- Assist maintenance staff with basic property upkeep and special projects as needed.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
Grounds Maintenance Qualifications:
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining property appearance.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
