Thisroleisidealforsomeonewhothrivesonkeepingthingsorganized,stayingontopofdetails,andmakingsurethedaytodayrunssmoothly.Youwillplayakeyroleinsupportinginternaloperations,managingclientcommunication,andhelpingtheteamstayaligned. Nopriorconstructionexperienceisrequired.Whatmattersmostisastrongsenseofownership,reliability,andtheabilitytokeepmultiplemovingpiecesorganized.Youmustbethe 'glue' forourcoreteamintheRegionalBusinesswhichincludesaRegionalBusinessUnitLeader,anAccountManager,andaProjectManager. KeyResultAreas(KRAs) AdministrativeandOperationalSupport ProvidedaytodayadministrativesupporttotheBusinessUnitLeaderandcoreteam,helpingmanagepriorities,schedules,andfollowupstokeepworkmovingefficiently. DataandDocumentManagement Maintainaccurateandorganizedrecordsacrossinternalsystems.Recordsincludesignedcontracts,projectstatusreports,projectdocumentation,etc.Ensureinformationiseasytoaccessbyallinternalstakeholders(basedonaccesslevels)andkeptuptodate. TeamCoordinationandCommunication Keepteamsalignedbycoordinatingcommunication,trackingactionitems,andensuringupdatesaresharedacrossstakeholdersinatimelyway. SupportPMandBULindailymanpowercoordinationwhenrequested. SchedulingandCalendarManagement Managecalendars,coordinatemeetings,andsupportlogisticsforinternalandexternalengagements,includingsitevisitsandteamactivitiesthatdirectlyincludetothecoreteam. ProcessSupportandOrganization Learnthoroughlyandmaintainconsistentprocessesacrosstheteam,helpidentifygaps,andbringforwardopportunitiestoimprovehowworkistrackedandmanaged. CrossFunctionalCoordination CollaboratewithinternalteamsincludingPreconstruction,Finance,HR,IT,FleetManagement,andOperationstohelpkeepworkflowsorganizedanddeliverablesontrack.
