Warehouse Associate

A reputable manufacturing company in Pompano Beach is seeking a Temporary Warehouse Associate to provide short-term support for warehouse and production operations. This position is expected to last approximately five weeks and offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: * Assist with product packaging and assembly tasks, including applying nozzles and packaging components * Palletize finished products and prepare materials for shipment * Load, unload, and manually move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas * Support shipping activities and order preparation * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety throughout the facility * Assist with other general labor duties as needed to support daily operations Requirements: * Must be available to work a temporary assignment lasting approximately four to five weeks * Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds throughout the workday * Must have a strong work ethic and reliable attendance * Must be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment * Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM and overtime as needed, including occasional Saturdays Preferred: * Previous experience in general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, or other fast-paced work environments By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
