Resident Assistant - The Gardens at Laguna Springs Location Elk Grove, CA Department Resident Services FLSA Status Non-Exempt Reports To GLS Director of Resident Services Shifts Hiring Part-time, Full-time Pay Grade 19.00 - 20.00 We are seeking an enthusiastic Caregiver to join our Resident Services Department at The Gardens at Laguna Springs! Full-time and Part-time opportunities! Earn between $19 and $20/hour, dependent on experience! Multiple Shifts! PT AM; FT/PT PM.

This role delivers in a safe and efficient manner the highest quality individualized assistance program to all residents. What you'll do: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility Engage residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activity while providing personal care assistance Responds to all resident needs and/or requests for care promptly, and provides or obtains assistance with care as necessary Keep the environment safe and clean for residents Observe and uphold resident rights at all times Observe residents for changes in physical, emotional, mental, or behavioral condition, unusual symptoms, accidents, injuries, or unusual occurrences, and report promptly to a licensed nurse Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Must be drug-freeand submit to drug screening upon hire Must have ability to gain CPR/ First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations. Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
