Shipping Clerk

About this position Theprimary responsibilityof the Shipping Clerkis toperform functions related topicking,kitting, andpreparingcustomerordersfor shipping. This is a full-time position working Monday through Fridayduring normal business hours. Essential Functions Pick customer orders Stage picked product for large orders, keeping productwellorganizedwhile remaining items move through manufacturing Assistin kitting and other value-added functions Packcompleted orders, label cartons as needed Generate packing slipsand other shipping documents Palletizecartons, band and wrap pallets Assistin cycle counting and other inventory functions, as needed Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, andcomplying withlegal regulations Other duties as assigned Required Competencies and Expectations Proficient computer, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills Highly motivated and work well in a fast pace, team-oriented environment Detail oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction Able tofrequentlylift or move 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds,assisted Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop for extendedperiod of time Possess fine motor skills and tactile ability to handle small objects Required Education and Experience High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience Prior relevant work experience is highly preferred FirstSpear, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
